Welcome to Harmonies of Hope, school of music and performing arts.

There is a resource of undiscovered talent that exists within the economically disadvantaged community. Those resources that enable children to excel must not be lost. Harmonies of Hope Inc. is reaching into those communities to provide an opportunity that otherwise might not have been available to them. By doing this, we build up our community by first building up our youth. This in turn will establish and fortify their personal dreams of being successful in whatever positive paths they set their hearts and minds to achieve. Note: If your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch, then he/she most likely qualifies for our program as well.

  • Instruments
    Instruments
    These classes are designed to train our students in music theory and in playing an instrument of their choice from a variety of instruments. They will be trained to perform as soloist, or as a part of a band, or orchestra in a variety of music styles, to do professional performances at different venues.
  • Vocal
    Vocal
    Performance and Excellence is at the heart of the goals of Harmonies of Hope. Every student will be singing in at least one fully-staged performance each year. Vocal study classes are structured to emphasize on character development, ensemble work, and the ability to culminate with public showings. A recital will be held once a year for each child to perform. Harmonies of Hope will also regularly invite esteemed guest artists, including some of the most notable singers, directors, and conductors to share their knowledge with our students
  • Drama
    Drama
    These classes are designed to enhance student’s ability to do dramatic interpretation and theatre performances. We will also instruct them on performing monologs, movie shorts, and how to audition professionally for acting parts. They will experience a full variety of stage shows and musicals.
  • Dance
    Dance
    These classes will focus on a variety of dance styles introducing students to jazz, tap, ballet, classical, cultural and modern dance. It will also include training in choreography for full dance productions.
